Nuestros Client Assistant will provide support to the Customer Service department for Mexico, Colombia, and the USA. If you have experience in customer service and an advanced level of English, this position may be for you.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Social Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 6 months of experience in customer service
- Advanced English level
- Knowledge in digital marketing and/or technology (desirable)
Functions
- Customer service for the USA, Colombia, and Mexico for the follow-up of their projects
- Monitoring the operation for the proper attention and retention of clients
- Achievement of goals and objectives
- Reporting of results
